Initial Comments: This report is for new services, which includes use of Telemedicine for Infectious Disease Consultations as well as reinstating a prior service, Pain Management, for outpatient and non-surgical procedures, both services effective November 8, 2022. Review of the Attestations was completed on October 26, 2022, with review of additional information concluding on November 4, 2022. The facility attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
